The New Pornographers recently announced that their fifth album, Together, is set to be released on May 4th via Matador Records. Everyone is back on board for the album (from A.C. Newman to Neko Case to Dan Bejar), and there are guest appearances from Annie Clark (St. Vincent), Zach Condon (Beirut), Will Shelf (Okkervil River) and the Dap Kings’ horn section. I cannot wait until the first MP3s are posted from the album, and I hope Matador puts some up soon.
