Four Year Strong will release Enemy of the World, their Decaydance/Universal Motown debut, on March 9th. No word on the track listing yet, but you can hear a new song over at their myspace.

Yesterday the band added two new shows in support of the album, both semi-local. Check after the jump for info on those two shows.

Ryan Schmale, the 19 year-old that is That Ghost, has a video for his song “The Red Bow” which can be seen after the jump. The video follows a guy named Earthwalker on an afternoon excursion in Queens’ Breezy Point, and as Stereogum put it he “seems as sweetly grizzled as ‘The Red Bow’ sounds.”

Alkaline Trio and Cursive will hit the road together this February; full tour schedule is listed after the jump. Alkaline Trio’s new album, This Addiction, is set to be released on February 23rd while Cursive is touring in support of their 2009 release Mama, I’m Swollen.

I wish this tour had a date in Boston, but no such luck. There’s one at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence on March 14th, but I may be in London at that point. I’ll have to see how everything pans out.

Local Natives‘s excellent Gorilla Manor is finally getting a release here in the United States, on February 16th via Frenchkiss Records. I count this group among my favorite new bands of 2009 so this is great news. Also, on January 5th the single “Sun Hands” will be released officially, but you can listen to it below.

The dates for the Every Never Is Now tour featuring P.O.S., Dessa, Astronautalis and Grieves can be seen after the jump.

On March 10th, P.O.S. will be stopping by The Middle East Downstairs with Dessa and Astronautalis. I skipped P.O.S.’s last show in Boston as part of the PacSun tour, but I won’t be skipping this one.
